Loader guide

Set up the standard customer loader, sign in, and check your product access before starting.

Follow these steps in order. Your account and product access are checked when you use the loader.

    Check requirements

    Check the requirements on the page of the product you purchased. Keep an internet connection available for sign-in and access checks. You need an active or unused purchase in My Products to download the loader.

    Download and sign in

    Open My Products, select Download loader, and run the downloaded file. Choose Sign in with browser, sign in to your website account, and confirm the matching code. The loader continues automatically. Select the product you bought. An unused period starts when you first open that product in the loader.

    If Windows shows a security warning

    Stop if Windows or your security software flags the download. Confirm the file came from My Products on siriusprovider.com and contact support with the exact warning and a screenshot. Keep security protection enabled while the warning is investigated. Do not download replacement files from unofficial links.

    Open your product

    Check the product status and remaining time in the loader. Open the game, then use the loader action when you are ready. If access is unavailable, review its status and device details in My Products.
