Information we handle

When you create an account, we store your display name, email address, and a protected password hash. We also keep session information, including IP address and browser data, to operate and secure sign-in.

If you choose Google or Discord sign-in, we receive your account identifier, email, display name and any profile image shared by that provider. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted. Connecting Discord server access also records your Discord user ID so we can assign the roles supported by your purchases and account status.

Purchases and top-ups create records of your balance, orders, payment references, and license keys. A manual top-up may include proof that you upload. Crypto payments may include a deposit address, transaction ID, and confirmation details.

License validation uses a hash of the device identifier, timestamps, and technical activity such as IP address and approximate location. Resellers may also provide shop branding and application details.

If you post product feedback, your display name, rating, and comment appear publicly. We keep the review linked to your account and purchase so only verified buyers can post it. You can edit your feedback from the Feedback page. Hidden feedback is not shown publicly or included in product ratings.

Support conversations

Support tickets store your messages, uploaded screenshots, replies and device reset decisions. These are visible to you and authorized support administrators. Screenshots are checked and re-encoded before storage. Avoid including passwords, full payment card details or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage accounts, credit payments, deliver purchases, validate licenses, show product and order history, prevent misuse, and investigate support or security issues. Approximate location is derived from IP address for license activity review; it is not a precise device location.

Services involved

Our hosting provider stores the application and database. Cloudflare handles traffic to the site and uses Turnstile to check for automated activity on account forms. When crypto top-ups are available and you choose one, CryptAPI processes the deposit address and transaction notifications needed to credit the balance. A reseller can see the status of keys they issued, but not your account password or full license activity.

Resend delivers account recovery emails to your account email address. Reset links expire after 30 minutes. Google and Discord handle authentication when you choose their sign-in buttons; their own privacy policies apply to their services.

Cookies and local preferences

The site uses cookies for sign-in and for preferences such as theme and dismissed announcements. Some dashboard display preferences are saved in your browser. These settings help the site work and do not change your product or payment records.

Retention and your choices

Transaction, license, and security records are retained while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We do not currently offer automatic account deletion from the dashboard. You can update your display name in account settings. For information access, correction or deletion requests, use Help & contact. We verify account ownership and may need to retain some transaction and security records.
